Position: Assistant Store Manager
Salary: $40,000 to $43,000 plus super
Location: Sutherland
Our client is one of Australia's leading jewelry retail chains, they have been established since the 1930`s and have over 40 stores across Australia. They offer their employees the opportunity to work in a financially stable environment and offers lots of opportunity for progression. You can move from store management to regional management or even into head office.
This is a key role working for one of Sydney's stores, you will be managing a team between 12 and 20, and the store turns over in excess of $1 million per annum.
Key skills
" Experience managing teams of 10 staff and above
" Drive to move forward into senior or regional management
" Stability within previous employers
" Strong communicator with the ability to lead and motivate by example
