Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking to work for a company where your hard work and commitment won't go unnoticed? If your customer focussed with an excellent work ethic and enjoy the role as a Customer Service Representative this is definitely something not to miss out on.
As the Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will be:
- Answering inbound calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Updating database
- Updating customer information
- Taking customer orders
Applicants who have strong communication skills, enthusiastic about customer service and a true team player will excel in this role. If you have at least 2 years call centre experience, intermediate skills with Microsoft office suite and competent data entry skills you will be highly regarded.
