This $33 million construction project is actually one of their smaller ones and they are in urgent need of an experienced Site Manager from a Tier One or Tier Two builder.
Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with client and subcontractors
- Working to programme within desired time frame and budget
- Following company policy with regards to health and safety
- Informing management of any problems on site
- Ongoing relationship building with key clients
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Manager working for a contractor here in NSW
- Typical project ranging in value up to $30 million or higher
- Proven ability in contributing to the delivery of commercial projects
- Trade background
