Operations Support Coordinator $50K

This is your opportunity to work for a top ASX 300 company that has achieved both organic and acquisition led growth. As one of corporate Australia's modern success stories, my client is considered a world leader in business publishing, compliance, training and assurance with offices in North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Your new role will see you working in a close-knit & fun team where you will play a vital part as you support a number of areas including their certification, operations and client services departments.

Duties include liaising with clients and internal decision makers, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing documentation, collating information and supporting the group generally with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. This role will suit those who come from a customer service background within a professional environment (minimum 4 years experience) with a high degree of initiative and a sense of urgency.

Bring your natural talent for dealing with people at all levels coupled with strong organisational ability to secure this great role. It is also assumed that you have an excellent attention to detail and strong PC skills (CRM systems such as Peoplesoft, Oracle or SAP) will be considered an advantage, to take charge of this busy role.
