MRO and Contracted Services Procurement Manager

In this role you will manage the development and implementation of the Australian and New Zealand MRO and contracted services purchasing requirements to meet the business needs of Kellogg ANZ. This includes:
- Developing purchasing functions within MRO, utilities and contract services to ensure effective service delivery and supply of material to meet demand within the requirements of the inventory policy and guidelines.
- Supporting global procurement and purchasing initiatives to drive saving initiatives and assist in improving Cost of Goods.
- Managing SAP contracts effectively inclusive of opening and closing orders in a timely and accurate manner. Also managing vendor information within SAP.
- Ensuring effective and timely delivery of all purchasing functions.
- Management of MRO budgets and estimates.
- Sourcing services, pricing, negotiating, and managing new and current MRO, utilities and service contracts.
- Responsibility for the management of co-manufacturing portfolio, including all negotiation and contracting, PPV reporting and supplier management.
To be successful in this role you will possess proven leadership ability with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will also have superior analytical skills and an exceptional understanding of contracts.
Tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 5 years broad purchasing experience is essential. A Broad knowledge of the Australian vendor base and experience with purchasing within SAP will further aid your success in this role.
This job share arrangement requires you to be able to work a 5 day fortnight on Thursdays, Fridays and alternate Wednesdays.
