In the current economic climate we are looking to build a team of exceptionally strong minded consultants and are looking for a trainee consultant to join our passionate team. We train all our consultants to be market leaders in their field and our training program is one of the best in the industry.
Now, what we are looking for is a passionate individual. Someone who is focussed, self driven and would like an autonomous role. Previous experience in the recruitment industry will be highly regarded; however we are not interested in any Account Managers. We want hungry sales people, who are comfortable getting on the phone and getting the business out there. If you are motivated by commissions and want more than everyone else you know, then this is definitely the role for you. And if you have over 12 months experience in B2B sales and can impress us with your cover letter then expect a call from us in 48 hours for a chat.
At Atomic we believe in overall development of our consultants and so we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need on both personal and professional level. The remuneration on offer is $35k + Super + Commissions with potential OTE of $80k in your first year. Atomic offers regular performance based pay increases, so don’t worry your hard work won’t go un noticed. We also believe in rewarding our consultants generously, so a paid trip to our interstate or overseas offices is VERY LIKELY!
